| Incorporated in 1986, Laser
Specialists was positioned at the forefront of laser
cutting technology. It’s founder, Thomas J. Paquin, was
a pioneer in the laser cutting industry and is credited with
introducing the first 5-axis Mazak laser system to the metro
Detroit area in 1989. Mr. Paquin’s unexpected death in 1993
significantly reduced the momentum of this young company in
the years following his absence.
As of January 2004, LSI’s
leadership was assumed by Mr. Paquin's three sons, Thomas,
Nick, and Jon, who bring with them a code of trust, integrity,
ethics, and hard work to carry out their father’s vision
of growth and success.
Our manufacturing center in Fraser,
Michigan, is equipped with a variety of laser cutting systems
that can process the most complex parts rapidly and within
specified tolerances. LSI is comprised of
a highly skilled team, who hold quality and precision in the
highest regard. With nearly two decades of experience in the
industry, our staff endeavors to foster positive working relationships
with each customer by providing timely services and quality
products under a value pricing structure.
